Overview
The SZ900-132-200kW high-power online soft-start control cabinet is compatible with 132~200kW three-phase squirrel-cage motors. The cabinet features enlarged heat dissipation ducts and forced air cooling to meet the frequent starting requirements of high-power motors.
The online soft start solution provides fully controllable and smooth starting, effectively suppressing starting inrush current and preventing bus voltage drop caused by high-power motor starting, thus protecting other electrical equipment on the same circuit. It features protection against phase imbalance, phase loss, overheating, overload, short circuit, undervoltage, overvoltage, and starting failure, and includes built-in fault storage and diagnostic functions.
It supports remote communication and allows for centralized monitoring and reading of current, voltage, and fault codes. It is widely used in large water pumps, main fans, compressors, and mining conveying equipment, and is the preferred starting solution for high-power, heavy-duty motors.
