The 900 Series on-line soft starter features advanced electronic circuitry providing optimal control and protection. Equipped with an RS485 communication interface, it enables full microcomputer-based remote control and monitoring. It effectively reduces motor starting current, lowers power distribution capacity requirements, and eliminates the need for grid capacity expansion investments. The soft stop function effectively solves the problem of shutdown surges in inertial systems.

The SZ900-90-115kW medium-power online soft starter cabinet is designed for industrial motors ranging from 90 to 115kW. It features upgraded cabinet capacity and a reinforced heat dissipation structure, enabling it to handle continuous heavy-load starting conditions.
The online architecture ensures the thyristor remains online after startup, eliminating the risk of bypass contactor failure. It supports various startup curves, including current-limiting and voltage ramping, and allows for customized startup duration based on the inertial load of the fan/pump. A complete motor protection system collects operating current and voltage in real time, automatically recording faults for easy on-site troubleshooting.
Supports RS485 communication and can be connected to automated control systems. It is widely used in medium-sized water pumps, induced draft fans, and belt conveyor equipment to mitigate mechanical shock during startup, reduce water hammer in pipelines, and minimize impact on the plant’s power distribution system.
