Overview
The 900 Series on-line soft starter features advanced electronic circuitry providing optimal control and protection. Equipped with an RS485 communication interface, it enables full microcomputer-based remote control and monitoring. It effectively reduces motor starting current, lowers power distribution capacity requirements, and eliminates the need for grid capacity expansion investments. The soft stop function effectively solves the problem of shutdown surges in inertial systems.

The SZ900-15-75kW small online soft starter cabinet is designed for small and medium power three-phase asynchronous motors. The cabinet is compact, occupies little space, and is easy to install on-site, making it suitable for common loads such as small and medium-sized water pumps, fans, and air compressors.
It adopts an online continuous working mode, and the soft starter module continues to run online after startup. It features real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature; and has a complete set of built-in protections against undervoltage, overvoltage, phase loss, phase sequence error, three-phase imbalance, overload, overheating, short circuit, and startup timeout.
The control panel is intuitive, parameters are simple and adjustable, and it supports remote monitoring via PLC and host computer systems. Suitable for factories, HVAC, and water supply and drainage projects, it replaces traditional star-delta and autotransformer reduced-voltage starting systems, reducing grid impact and extending the lifespan of pumps, fan bearings, and pipes.
