The 900 Series on-line soft starter features advanced electronic circuitry providing optimal control and protection. Equipped with an RS485 communication interface, it enables full microcomputer-based remote control and monitoring. It effectively reduces motor starting current, lowers power distribution capacity requirements, and eliminates the need for grid capacity expansion investments. The soft stop function effectively solves the problem of shutdown surges in inertial systems.

The SZ900-250-400kW heavy-duty online soft starter cabinet is designed for large industrial motors ranging from 250 to 400kW. Its large-capacity cabinet, optimized airflow and cooling system make it suitable for heavy-duty, high-inertia loads.
In continuous online operation mode, the thyristor remains online throughout, eliminating the need for bypass contactor maintenance. The start-up curve is finely adjustable, suppressing the massive torque impact of large motor startup and protecting the reducer, piping, and impeller. Comprehensive electrical protection includes real-time monitoring of three-phase voltage and current, and module temperature; automatic fault alarms, shutdown, and fault record saving.
Supports RS485 communication for DCS/PLC integration, enabling remote parameter modification and operation monitoring. Suitable for high-power equipment such as large pump stations, main induced draft fans, large compressors, and ball mills, reducing grid disturbances and minimizing downtime for maintenance.
